Jesus I thought you maybe built like 5 of these things. Looks like you opened up your own manufacturing facility.

Pretty much, and I'll never do it again.

Gosh why not? My life would be complete if I had countless M2's laying around.

Eat cereal with one, mount one on my dog, use one as a straw, gosh the possibilities are endless! I guess I'd just use them for airsoft though =P

Not if you live in a teeny house...when I re-painted this year, there were barks from these everywhere!

All gone except the robotic model, and it won't let me unhook it's power. Not making them anymore, lost my butt on the ones I did make. Sorry.

You can easily make your own, they're just a big decorated box with an airsoft M14 inside.

The REAL M2HB sideplate drawing is readily available online, look it up. That's how I got started!

Nopity-nope-nope-nope.

Concentrating on stuff that doesn't knock so much stuff over, going in and out of the house.

I just hope that you tell your neighbors that they're fake.

What type of plastic are you using for those? Styrene? ABS?

I used .235" / 6mm ABS from www.interstateplastics.com

But, nobody says you have to start with new materials. Look what this guy did, from scratch:

Made by Gunner651 at WW2 airsoft.

As "wrong" as it gets, but still looks like FUN! I love it, I'm going by to kype it after it gets dark....No reason at all, not to be proud of the effort. Especially the AK start.

I wouldn't be making my MacGlashan right now, if it wasn't for his bravery in posting it.

By all means, wing it, both the M2HB and the 1919's original Browning sideplate drawings are available on the inner-tubes. Get some scrap plastic, and steadfastly refuse to spend a dime on it.
