MW2: Multiplayer details leaked?

Did anyone order the prestige edition, and would it really be worth it?

Prestige Edition? In my opinion it wasn't worth it. It comes with: Art book, original Call of Duty, the game ( derr ), and some LED night vision goggles. The goggles are cool, if you have never used the real thing. And the copy of the original Call of Duty can be picked up as a download for your perspective system on its market place if you want it ( on 360 I think it is 1200 points ) or IW's website for the PC. And the Art Book sounds cool to me, but I am a Graphic Design major, so it would appeal to me I guess.

I suggest just getting the game, and then picking up the other stuff later. Unless of course you REALLY want those goggles...

I'll be on the 360, sorry achievement points are addictive, and all my buddies are on Live. I'll be getting Uncharted though for the PS3, if any one cares!

i went with the whole thing.. i think the nv goggles will make a nice addition to my desk at work.. lol. and i enjoy the art books etc.

I also went with the Prestige edition, I am into collecting when it comes to games and such, i don't know why, just am, plus the nv goggles will be pretty cool and I am looking forward to the original call of duty, was a big fan of that. I will aslo be on 360, and I will get my start at midnight when I get it from the local Gamestop.

Hah. Why may I ask though? And I'll have it for PS3 aswell. The only problem being, since I have shoddy satellite internet, you wont see me online.. Man, I can't wait to get Road Runner down my road one of these days. Goshdamn the fact that I live on land way out of town! But, the land is nice... But I do love my high speed internet.
Then we go to the whole PC fiasco. That really fries me. When I go down to my dads where I have my nice PC setup, and I can't play the new COD, it really makes me mad. I'll still have COD4 though I suppose, but after the 10th, I couldn't imagine playing anything less.

I'm almost possitive you can customize the killstreaks ypu use up to three. So if you don't think you will get 25 kills without dieing the don't put that in the last slot. 28: 1 UAV

With the kill streaks I notice there are multiple kills streaks option for the same amount of kills. I wonder if there will be a option to pick witch one you want to use. For example.

you get 5 kills you could either pick the sentry gun or the predator missle
you get 7 kills you could either pick the strike or heli.

See what im saying.

They picked some pretty...obscure weapons. KRISS? WA2000? Interesting, but hardly realistic. Then again, we are talking about Call of Duty.

That's what I was trying to say HK but I think you clarified it more. I have seen that all over the place there was even a TV show about MW2 on Oct 8th they also said customizable killstreaks I'm sure they had to get IWs approval for saying that on TV.

Woot Tavor!!!!!!!!! But no 1911s No SAW. That list is wacked out.

The killstreak is simple too. Unless you take more damage now. 25 kill streak isn't too hard.

I saw in a preview that you can customize your kill streaks, which would lead me to assume you can pick and choose

All I can say is if there is prestige mode I plan on getting to the 10th or whatever with in 2 mth's

I'm not sure but some rumors I've heard are that you can prestige up two twenty times and each time you go up to level 70. They said there is so many levels/prestiges because they can't fit all the rewards for leveling in 65 levels. I also heard on that TV show that you actually get rewards for prestiging so people won't be on the top of the leaderboards without prestiging. Thay are also addresing modded controllers differently than the did in cod4 no more rate of fire stuff.
