I had no idea anyone read the AAR from Bioshock I... I guess I'd better get my notes organized. Expect it before the end of the week.

I was told by event organizers that there was no clear cut winner or loser. Both tan and green failed to complete all of their objectives. Green didn't have enough test subjects but did capture Torque. Tan wasn't able to stop Green's evacutation in time but did capture the com tower at the end and were able to transmit. The real winner is Bioshock 3. Bioshock 2 was completed with many loose ends that will be turned into the story line for BS3.

Will there be a CPMC "Summary" similar to what Mavrick posted for the Rangers and Torque posted for the "Men In Black?" If not, that's cool. Just wondering, as they had both posted those separate from an 'overarching' review (which is what Link is going to put up, if I understood his post).

Regardless, I write this stuff for my own amusement and am simply willing to share it with anyone else who wants to read it. As far as who won the game, it was totally the Cartel and Civilians. With all that kilos they were finding, hoarding, and snorting throughout the night, there's no way they could have lost! Plus, they got rid of the competitive manufacturing facility from their town, made some cash selling stuff to the Rangers, and actually wound up with me (Dr. Link). In the end, I stayed with the cartel and taught them how to manufacture stronger, more potent, and cheaper product. We're currently kicking it on the Mexican Pacific coast with Margaritas.

Bioshock 2 Declassified
Backstory: Twelve months have passed since the original outbreak of the BIOSHOCK toxin devastated the population of the small town of Hamersville. Lt. Colonel Mavrick was reinstated into the Army after providing evidence of his mentor’s wrong-doing. He received a promotion - and an assignment to go with it. Twelve months have passed since (Ex-)Colonel Torque escaped justice and went into hiding, but the Mexican-based production facility (known about by Mavrick) never blinked in its operational status, and continues to manufacture deadly toxins for use in Biological Warfare. Even after the arrest and imprisonment of the lead scientists involved in its creation, barrels of chemicals continue to stack in the storage areas of the facility. Gathering intelligence from satellite imaging, Mavrick must now destroy the facility after gathering as much information as possible from the Labs, Production areas, and offices. The man behind the facility must be exposed and brought to justice. The administrator of the facility, code-named Evil Head, is in fact the General who assigned the Bioshock Project to Colonel Torque a few years ago. The Security Team that had provided Colonel Torque with less-than-adequate security last year has folded back into its parent organization, Crossbow PMC. They have been re-hired to defend the Production Facility. The primary goal of the General is to create a new, more potent toxin that will kill much faster but still be able to spread across a populated area rather quickly. Ex-Colonel Torque has been making his way towards the facility with his small group of medical scientists in an effort to capitalize on the assault on the facility. His 2 main goals are to acquire money to support his team and to have his revenge. The only question is who will take his vengeance out on, his friend who exposed him and lost him his position in the Army, or his superior who betrayed him and let him take the fall for the orders he was simply following. Operation: Bioshock 2 AAR 1700 hrs: Colonel Mavrick’s platoon of US Army Rangers was dropped into the small Mexican village by helicopter around 1700 hrs. The Rangers quickly secured the village and made contact with the locals, who were willing to assist them as long as it didn’t compromise the drug lords operations. The interaction, did, however, slow down those operations. The research and production facility was also full of activity as they saw the helicopters fly in overhead. As Evil Head, the facility administrator, is also a General in the US Army, he already knew of the Colonel’s mission and had taken a number of preventative steps, such as hiring additional contractors from Crossbow PMC, LLC, and spreading the facility’s assets across the terrain to make confiscation more difficult. When Ex-Colonel Torque saw the helicopters flying in, he knew it was time to make his move. Securing supplies from the Army’s air-dropped cargo, he and his team were able to replenish and reload before the real action began. The production facility was about to begin human trials of its latest toxin, BTX09, and needed a number of chemicals to do so. PMC squads were sent into the field, some of which escorting scientists, to recover the necessary chemicals to create the BTX09 suppressant and toxin. To keep the supply route from the various storage facilities open, other squads made contact with the Rangers near the village while the chemicals were recovered. As one squad of Rangers dealt with the PMC attacks near the village borders, another was able to establish contact with Ex-Colonel Torque and make a deal to work together, for a period of time, as well as recover a number of mis-dropped cargo pieces. Meanwhile the remaining squad was busy working with the DEA agent in procuring BTX08 antidote, inoculating the civilians, and confiscating as many illegal chemical warfare ingredients as they could carry to their decontamination building. The Short Range Ballistic Missile (SRBM) was also set up before sun set. The PMCs were holding a solid line, keeping all US Army Rangers out of the facility from the village, until a Blackhawk dropped off a chalk of Rangers behind the facility. The raid took little time, and after securing all assets available in the main storage facility, the Blackhawk lifted them back up and out as the first of the PMCs returned to defend the facility. The spoils proved to be very helpful considering the intel they recovered exposed the Administrator as the US Army General, the names and locations of the chemicals in the facility, and the details of the toxin and who was involved with the project. Meanwhile, the PMC’s were successful in returning enough of the appropriate chemicals to manufacture an adequate supply of suppressant to use for the night (of which the Army captured a sample of in their raid), and also enough chemicals to begin test-production of BTX09 to be used in-vivo. 1930 hrs: After the successful raid of the first chalk of Rangers earlier, and despite the second, much less successful attempt, a third drop was made. This time, however, the PMC’s surrounded the LZ and took the entire chalk prisoner to use for BTX09 testing. With the test subjects acquired from this capture, the researchers were able to complete phase 1 testing. Although darkness had completely covered the land, movement remained quite difficult. The PMC’s were ordered to hold the perimeter of the facility while BTX09 testing continued, and the Rangers were ordered to hold the village after the capture of one of their squads. Colonel Torque and his group were able to maneuver in and out of enemy lines, causing distress for both sides. With the Rangers occupying the town so vigilantly, the Mexican Cartel’s product began to become compromised and confiscated. At this turn, the Cartel sought out the PMC’s for assistance. Between raiding the decontamination facility for both chemicals and product and buying back product from Torque and his group, there were many deals made. For the research team, however, no more than one civilian found his way to the test chamber, so phase 2 of BTX09 testing was incomplete. With the help of the civilians, the PMC’s were able to raid the Army FOB (which was, indeed, out of bounds) and acquire various assets, including a few crates of Army supplies and a briefcase full of money. While the supplies were completely useless to the General, the money was certainly good. With it, the General was able to negotiate for Torque’s allegiance rather than submitting them to the BTX09 testing that would have otherwise awaited them. It was enough money to buy the Ex-Colonel for the remainder of the night. 2200 hrs: With the reconnaissance gained from earlier in the evening, the General knew the SRBM was set up and ready to destroy his facility. So, taking every precaution, the General ordered a Helicopter to an LZ halfway between the village and the facility so it would not be affected by a premature launch of the missile. All valuable assets, including hard drives, chemicals, and test equipment were transported from the facility to the chopper. While the inventory was being checked in the chopper, an attack came from the Rangers, seemingly to halt the transport and capture the assets and personnel. The retaliation was fast enough for the chopper to take off with the cargo, and sufficiently disorienting to keep the personnel from being captured. From this point forward, the PMC’s were ordered to keep out of the facility as it would soon be destroyed. Colonel Mavrick sent a small recon element into the facility during the evacuation and with the laser targeting system, guided the SRBM to a direct hit on the facility, destroying all remaining chemicals (and evidence) in the process. The decontamination zone for the recovered chemicals was also destroyed, completing the destruction of all bio-warfare chemicals in the area. All that remained for the Colonel was to relay the evidence against the general back to Langley for evaluation. This task was not easy to accomplish, as the PMC’s were at this point occupying the village and the comm tower specifically. After re-taking the comm tower, the Rangers were able to complete their transmission. Realizing his identity was no longer secret, the General withdrew his troops into the night, and Ex-Colonel Torque went his separate way, though with fewer soldiers than when he began. The Colonel had suffered enough losses for the day, and was forced to call in for extraction without pursuit. 000 hrs: The General was able to get away with his life, as well as a good portion of his chemicals, but was unable to sufficiently test the toxin to develop his ultimate bio weapon. Colonel Mavrick was able to expose the General as the facility administrator and was also able to keep the toxin development from completion, although he lost a squad of Rangers to the development process. Neither was able to capture the other as they wanted, though both were in very precarious positions to be captured. Ex-Colonel Torque and his group suffered considerable losses during the night, but Torque was able to escape with his life. Whether he takes his money and runs or follows his former boss (The General) will remain up to him. The civilians and the Mexican Cartel were able to secure over 80% of their product and they maintained only one loss of life due to BTX09 testing. Other injuries were sustained in battle, but they will undoubtedly recover with the help of the Pacific Sunset, margaritas, and the lovely ladies of Southern Mexico.

I'm happy to see our spin machine is in full effect, and the major civilian casulities were conspiciously absent. The new Mayor of that town will do well to remember that! >

Those, like Link, are in the hands of the Cartel. I believe they're demanding mudkipz as ransom. Sadly, there was no room in the CPMC budget for "Mudkipz Procurement."
