M203 shell help

I have this grenade
http://www.facebook.com/video/video.php?v=2049855411957
video.

I don't know what it is. I bought it thinking that only the bearings needed replaced. The 3mm were to small and the 4mm were to big (bearings) I tried it with the 3mm s, nothing. So if anyone can help me fix it, thanks. If anyone wants to buy it from me $10 pick up or $16 shipped. If anyone wants to sell me any other shells send me a pm

thanks all

If its a King Arms grenade it requires two bearings per hole. So it takes 8 bearings total.

Put a big gob of silicone grease in each hole. it will help hold the bearings in place.

If not KA makes a tool that holds the bearings in. I know when I first took my apart it took forever to get the bearings in and even then I could not do it. I bought the tool and it took about 30 seconds to fix. Might want to take a look at it.
