Reliable sidearm

I would like a to get a sidearm sometime soon. More specifically a full metal 1911 of some kind. Reason being that I have a real (Springfield loaded model) 1911 and am pretty accurate with it, but I want to simulate what it would be like to engage human threats with a gun I have and know really well. I think it will give me invaluable training experience without taking a real firearms combat course and spending hundreds of dollars. So, my plastic bullet shooting friends, in your opinion or experience what brand/model is a reliable and dependable all metal 1911 that costs under $200?

-It needs to be full metal for full realism
-Needs to be very resistant to parts breaking and seals failing with proper maintenance (my Springfield 1911 .45 has never malfunctioned through 1200-1500rds being cleaned once every 200-300rds)
-green gas or CO2, doesn't matter to me
-I would prefer a non-railed model so I can use holster I already have
-above 300fps but below 400 (so I can use it indoors but get the most effective range possible)

I am just looking for other peoples experiences with certain 1911 airsoft pistols. I personally have heard that WE's are junk for actual use and gameplay. Tokyo marui and any other plastic gun are absolutely not an option due to being plastic and having low fps. I have heard good things about kjw as they are a TM clone while being metal and I believe made in Taiwan which is better than chira. I have heard that KWA 1911s aren't that great and may have magazine issues as well as spare parts being hard to get and expensive.

The only gas gun I have prior experience with is an HFC metal Mauser C96 which was kind of junky and I never got to battle with it before selling it.

Opinions, facts, inputs, cents, beliefs, on GBB 1911s?

The Elite Force 1911 isn't a bad little gun.

The NEWER models are reliable. Full metal, GBB, runs on co2.

Hope that helps!
