the skill that some of you guys have a photography always makes me envious....
everybody on our site makes fun of me for being able to build anything and take the crappiest of pictures of it. :-0 photo's definitely are not my strong point, but man some of you guys are seriously good at that end. maybe Ruffy should have Kamera Katy take some pix for me? |

I'll put up pics of my lulz guns for now. Pics of the others might come up if I'm not too lazy to take a picture or to connect my external HD to my computer.
![]() Two Iver Johnson revolvers. The top one is chambered in .32 auto and the break action in .38. The .38 is in pretty rough shape, I'm not even sure if it's safe enough to fire. The .32 is more promising. Both date from around 1890-1915. ![]() Also, no, they're not worth anything. ![]() Who can go wrong with a 10/22? Pretty much shown here giving the finger to Michael Coleman's AWB. I'll tac it out at a later time. Maybe more to come after burgers and James Bond...

wow that m60 conversion kit is a lot of "stuff" for a 22!
heres a pix of the 22lr's i built last winter. these started out as 80% Razor blanks frrom SelectFire Phil. you buy them mill them out and then add your barrel, stock, FCG and optics of choice. the one in the regular cheap stock is a 18" bull barrel from Green Mountain, i opened up the stock bed to let the big barrel lay in there.. took about 5 extra minutes to do that.... i like the bull barrels. the bottom one is a 16.5" Lothar fluted barrel and its a Stockys' stock... its my favorite when the daughter will let m me shoot it. these are a super shooters and a ton of fun for my girls. ![]() below is the 22magnum before the scope.. this Razor Magnum is also from a 80% chunk of aluminum that you mill out yourself and turn into the receiver... then ad your parts and stir.. for this one i used a whistle pig aluminum barrel with custom steel liner, Stocky's stock (this one is a BLEM but you cant tell it... cost me $50!!) total weight of this thing is right at 4.5lbs. excellent shooter and this one is for me!! :-) ![]() Last edited by sdk1968; 09-26-2011 at 05:46 AM. |

$1100 for that conversion is seriously hefty. Needs a gat trigger!

I got to get a new stock for it though. And Ohio Ordanace is selling the bull dog style gatling gun plus theres no other paper work to fill out or tax stamps

I have to say, though I am totally into airsoft I will probably never own a real firearm. My dad was raised Quaker so he is very against weapons, but I am extremely envious of all of you guys with the awesome arsenals. I do however love collecting knives and have quite a few of them

![]() my children are free to make their own choices. however they have been raised & taught from the time they were babies on how to handle, care for, use and protect both firearms and themselves from firearms. i still think airsoft guns are the premier way to teach children who are interested in "real steel" the ropes and get them completely comfortable before moving on to other things... we just didnt have airsoft guns when my girls started shooting, although they both love to destroy pizza boxes with them now. :-) back to the direct topic: here is Lilly when she was 10 at a get together we had and she is trying out my friend "heckinohio" Maxim in full auto... this was only a 300yd range. ![]() & 20 second video... http://s60.photobucket.com/albums/h1...ent=Lilly3.mp4 |

huge CZ-75 fan myself, have you ever been up to the shooting range in New Albany? They have a CZ that's been modified for competition shooting and that thing is probably one of most accurate pistols I've shot.

I've never been there myself, my shooting range tends to be my backyard :P I love my CZ, currently its my only one, but if I end up getting another pistol, I will definitely go the CZ route. I actually prefer the feel of it in hand over the 1911, but the width/weight keep it in a bedside role as opposed to carry.

Meh.
I'll bite a little. This is my newest purchase of a few months ago. Smith and Wesson Body Guard 380. It's a backup gun / very good 'pocket carry' gun. It's in .380 but with the right ammo that fixes that issue. It's better to have something than nothing. Perfect summer time carry gun and great ankle holster backup gun. Easy to slip a soft pocket holster over it, put it in your pocket, and roll. I modified it a little by sticking some old rubber decal grips from a Glock 23 onto it. With a little adjusting they fit perfectly. (Just had to flip the frame grips upside down and they fit the SWBG perfect.) I had them laying around due to a shipping error (Ordered the SAND grips not the rubber grips, they sent me the sand ones and told me to keep the rubber ones. FTW.) So I put them to use. Fires great. Has a lot of 'big gun' features in a tiny package, and the ammo is not too expensive to shoot either... The defense ammo however is a different story. Ouch.
