Jesus... two WA2000's and a DSR? I won't be surprised if you have some Tanaka PM-63's or some FTC "Specters".

Nope... I don't own any of these....

But I've received yesterday a Sheriff M16A1 w/LRB

And the legendary Asahi M40!!!

And a very rare sight!
The Asahi M40 and WA2000 side by side!

Also the M40 disassembled!

Note that you can't remove the bolt from the receiver, there's a pin that blocks it!

Scored some TM series 70 bits and a flat serrated MSH from my contact in the UK. One step closer to my Colt National Match.

Hey out of curiosity, anyone here ever make/glue/pin there own front sights? How hard is it?

I was talking more about making your own from scratch. I need to figure out the easiest way to create my own raised front sight on a 1911

Which of the two?
I paid for $3300 for the WA2000 and $3600 for the M40!
Asahi made 250 WA2000 in 2 versions the Standard(STD 125pcs) and the Deluxe (DX 125 pcs).
Also they made 250 M700 and 250 M40 of which there are less than 25(both versions) in circulation, the rest were destroyed by the Japanese authorities, due the confirmed rumor it can be converted to fire .22LR ammo! It's considered the "Holy Grail" of Airsoft!
There's currently one more for sale!!

His collection inspired me! He has some very unique pieces... It's the first time I see for sale an Asahi MG34!

Too bad he's not selling his Tanio Koba Ruger 10/22....!

Does it have that sheen in person?

Finished weathering at Crucible.

Even though the valve lock broke, this thing got thrown around and full of dirt and didn't jam a single time. Its such a work horse!

I would like to, you know, just get it out there that the next time someone makes a trade with me at my house...if you just hand me a gun in broad daylight in full view of everyone and their mother instead of coming in my house and handling the transaction discreetly, you will get slapped.

that being said, here's a KWA MP7
