Forums or not?
Throughout the years, milsim events have been using some form of communication platform to share the event details. It could be private access or not. With the arrival of Facebook, the use of forums slowly disappeared for various reasons. That led to having the event details to be resumed in one page, available thru PDF files or completely dismissed, leaving the players to wonder until the day of the event.
Now, we could argue if players are truly interested to talk details about a particular event or simply just want to know how much, when and who to shoot. One leads to forums while the other leads to Facebook. So my question is this: What do you guys think about using the forums to offer mode in-depth events details, discussing strategies/tactics, getting organized, etc ? |

I loved reading AARs here on events I didn't even go to. We need to get back to that.
Also, where are the events at?

There are also a lot more national level ops, so maybe that is part of the reason for the decrease in local milsim ops.
