CQB Super Fast Gearbox with mosfet and lipos

Not really interested in trades on this item and would prefer to sell all together unless I get buyers for all other parts.

I have a short video of the gearbox/lipo/mosfet in action, see link below.

http://youtu.be/HpRBwPjmTgI

Gearbox/Motor

So it’s time for me to put up the best gearbox/lipo/mosfet combination that I have ever built for any CQB platform. This V2 gearbox is built for SPEED and reliability; currently it’s pushing 26rps (anywhere between 342 and 367 fps depending on what type of CBQ length barrel used). It is currently wired to the rear but could be easily transitioned to front wired. I have spent literally hundreds of hours and $$ on creating the perfect combination of gears, mosfet, piston, piston head, cylinder/cylinder head, and shimming. LOTS AND LOTS OF HOURS SPENT SHIMMING in order to achieve zero friction and very smooth operation.

Combine all the internals of this gearbox and reliability of high quality SHS parts/motor with a lipo battery and Bravo mosfet, this thing is amazing and not cheap to build. It's ready to drop into any M4 platform and perform like no other. Here is a list of all the major parts in the gearbox, please let me know if you have any questions.

- King Arms Reinforced gearbox shell with 9mm bearings
- 16:1 SHS High Speed Gears
- SHS trigger switch
- SHS Piston head
- SHS Cylinder and Cylinder Head
- SHS M4 Nozzle
- SHS M115 Spring
- SHS High Speed Long type Motor
- Wired to Deans

Lipos - 2x 1500mAh 11.1v Lipo batteries

Both Lipo batteries have been properly maintained and balance charged since day 1.

Mosfet - Bravo AMU#3 Mosfet

I purchased one of the last #3 AMU mosfets kept in stock by Bravo and it lives up to its name and price. I also have the complete user’s manual which is very useful when determining the best configuration for your use. Here is a brief product description in case you have any doubts about its reliability or capability.

Bravo #3 Features:

- Fully computer controlled MOSFET switching with Active Braking
- Full over current, voltage, and temperature monitoring and protection
- Normal, 3-round burst, and Semi Only Operation.
- Automation 3-round burst to full auto operation after trigger is held .04 seconds
- Full PWM motor speed control (Ability to Decrease ROF and Increase to 100%
- Soft Start to reduce motor and drive train wear
- Very low trigger switch current (~10mA)
- Self diagnostics at power-up and during operation.
- Mode, Burst time and Motor Speed are programmed via trigger pulls
- Low sound level motor "vibration" is used to signal the user
- Fits in present fuse holder space and replaces old fuse with high speed electronic monitoring
- Gearbox wires included
- T connectors, Angled motor plugs and shrink wrap included

Technical Data:

Size: 50.8mm x 16.5mm x 13.5mm. 14grams (will fit in a 19mm diameter tube)
Voltage Range: Accepts from 7.0v to 18.0v
Power: Rated for 500amps peak, 60amps continuous. It can deliver 7000 watts of power.
Low Battery Warning: Low Battery signal happens when battery drops to 85% of the initial voltage. Shutdown will occur when the battery voltage is either under 7.0V or drops below 80% capacity. Strongly recommended for use with Li-Poly batteries.

Please feel free to PM with questions or call/txt 9three7-3zero7-2six2six for a faster response. Asking price is 250$ OBO shipped for it all. I usually attend most Springfield events so if someone is interested and would like to see it in person in action, feel free to let me know. Thanks for looking.
