ECHO 1 or King Arms SPR Conversion Kit??

Hey I have recently gotten into sniping but i have a problem...I bought an M4. I am considering buying a new front end conversion kit and have looked at many that are out. The ones that stick out the most are the King Arms and the Echo 1.
The King Arms is expensive, but the reliability and quality are questionable about the Echo 1. I have personally seen the Echo 1 M16 rail system, and no offence to you Echo 1 owners, it is wierd. It basically is two M4 R.I.S.s bolted together.
I was wondering if anyone had an experience with any of the many SPR conversion kits out there. Thanks.

I used the G&P "Jungle Series" SPR conversion kit on an M4, it worked well, is made of quality parts, and is a good choice if you're looking to make a mod1 ala:

I used the ICS Olympic Arms one to make my M4:

Ignore the foregrip and rubber low profile heatshields, its under there.

If you move quickly there is a 10% sale on all King Arms parts from Redwolfairsoft.com. Oh and from someone who has built a few SPRs I'd pick G&P parts first and King Arms second, but nothing else third

EDIT - I just ordered the new King Arms 13.5in free float kit so I'll post how it looks when it gets here in a few days.

Hey Scorpion whats the best way to get an ICS M4 shooting about 400 w/ .20s? I'm a marksman and I need it shooting hotter than it is.

It doesn't take much for ICS M4s to fire 400. I've not worked with any ICS parts in a long time so I don't know what the best parts list is now-a-days, but when I did work with them it was the following.

Full cylinder(Systema, guarder, or TM)
400fps spring (Guarder SP120 Prometheus MS120)
A professional re-shim of the gears and an install of copper ICS bushings

As I said I've not worked with anything ICS in a long time(2 years) so I'm sure there are plenty of parts out there that are far better. And I'm also certain that ICS has made vast improvments to their AEGs. The only person who deals directly with ICS in Ohio anymore is Brad over at Airsoft Arms. He's Darkstar on the forums here. PM him and he'll help you out.

What length of inner barrel do you need for an SPR kit?

is your m4 a 2006 version? if so, all you need to do is put in a guarder or prometheus m120 and replace the piston, leave everything else stock. if it is pre-2006, do the above, but also upgrade the bushings.
edit: do not, i repeat, do NOT replace any of the compression parts. ICS compression parts are not compatible with aftermarket compression parts

I have a mid-2006 edition. So i guess put in a Systema spring guide, Systema aluminum piston, Systema aluminum piston head w/ bearing, and a Systema M120 spring. Do you think that would work?
