JG G36k Semi fire issues

I recently reshimmed my G36 and polished the gearbox. After putting everything back together and testing it out with a fully charged battery, the semi auto will work for a few shots, then half cycle the rest. How do I fix this?

When was I was working, the trigger came out and I had a lot of trouble putting it back in. Does that have anything to do with it?

Thanks
