Not sure what kind of trigger this uses but trigger contacts are not releasing, if it uses a micro switch then it needs to be changed, if it uses a sled then it needs to be cleaned and checked for smooth operation.

What size and voltage is the battery you are using with this?

Looks like the pkm is a m249 gearbox with ROF control, it uses a micro switch in which case it might have just stuck together. Check your wiring see if there is a short somewhere or your pistol grip is on properly, the trigger is connected to a screw that when the trigger is pulled it will push the lever on the micro switch make sure to check whether or not that pin/screw is stuck, also if you pulled gb out once before make sure that when you install it in the receiver that the micro switch lever clears the body and is lined up to the opening in the bottom.

If all else fails or you just do not want to disassemble your gun I can diagnose and fix it for you. PM Sakujosei if you're interested in my offer, she'll give you all the details from pricing to drop off and pick up.

^This is actually pretty common on stock support guns. I would change the switch and look for shorts in the wiring.

That's kind of interesting, because the A&K M249's had the exact same problem. Haha.

I have been thinking on buying the A&K PKM, but I think I will wait for later versions for them to knock out the bugs I have been hearing about.

Sometimes when i take the tigger/pistol grip off the 240 it gets messed up. It will fire until the trigger is pressed. I fix this by just taking the trigger off and putting it back on. Fixed in 5 seconds. I'm not sure how that PKM breaks down though.

there are some places to get better quality switches, I dont remember exactly where or the part number but I have seen a write up on it somewhere. Might be worth looking into.
