Read this before posting your Place to Play
As of now, these are the requirements for fields being placed in this section. By posting a field in this section, you must comply with all of these points.
(1) Liability - before you post your field in this section, you must be of legal age (18 or older) to post information about your field. This is because posting information about a place to play requires that you have legal responsibility and permission to post that information. Unless you are the legal owner or a responsible adult organizer of this field, do not post your field here. Field Organizers should also be legal adults as the organizer is responsible for the safety of all players at his (or her) event. They are also held accountable should the law show up. (2) Laws - any field must fully comply with state and local laws regarding airsoft. Public Parks, Backyards, and otherwise publicly viewable locations ARE NOT legitimate locations to list your field -- DO NOT LIST THEM or they will be removed. (3) Safety - please post your fields safety requirements in your introduction. Any field posted in here is going to require a waiver for attendees, post that waiver in .doc, .pdf, .txt or other easily accessible format. (If you need help making formatting, please let me know.) (4) Field Location - please submit your field's exact location in the Field Map thread so that it may be documented. Also post the location of your field in your introduction. If there are specific instruction on getting to your location, please also take the time to document them. (5) Facilities - please list the following features of your field - electricity, running water, restrooms, food/dining, camping onsite, special considerations at the field (a.i. livestock, gates, etc), safe zones, chrono area, and parking facilities. If you can create a map of your field that would be great..hmmmkay? (6) Other Considerations - please feel free to list any other items that may have been overlooked or left out. If you have additional questions, please feel free to contact me privately. Example Quote:
Thank you.

All, since there has been some abuse of these rules, I am bumping this thread.
Also, since it is not stated in black and white, I am stating it now: Do not post a "Place to play" here if it does not exist yet. Since a hypothetical field would not be able to comply with most of the rules already posted, this should be obvious. Thanks. |
