So is it true that if you're under 18 you cant use a sniper even that has over 400 fps?

Alright, why is that? And for the camo, can multicam be counted as green bdu? And also one last question, for the night game do you have to have a flashlight on every person or can it be attached to your gun and that would count?

So for Operation Nocture will it really matter if your gun shoots over 400fps and you are under the age of 18?
