Need some motivation?

Whenever I feel like I am down on myself and I feel like things can't get any worse. Whether it be physically, emotionally or spiritually I watch this video.
Motivation.
After you watch the video read this;
David Goggins recently had heart surgery to repair a hole in his heart not supplying enough oxygenated blood to his body. Doctors say he has had this since he was born. This problem could have caused him to have a catastrophic heart failure. Three ways this could have been triggered are being at high altitudes, SCUBA diving, and extreme physical activity. Being a Navy SEAL and an endurance athlete, Goggins experienced each and every one of these activities on a daily basis.
He is doing well and is expected to make a full recovery.
Just when you think your having a bad day remember what he goes through everyday and that the human mind is capable of great things.
Live every day as it was your last. Remember, as the SEALs say, "The only easy day was yesterday."

Maybe im just fatter than i thought but 10-15 mile RUN? I think i could only run like 1/8 of a mile =/... I need to get in better shape
