Soap dies and you kill Makarov by turning him into a large human pinata (steel cable around throat) and it ends with you as Price smoking a cigar.
Sandman, Truck, Grinch and Frost are all MIA presumed dead
Soap is KIA
Yuri is KIA

Beat it today so don't really care. I died so many times trying to kill Makarov because I didn't see the button promt so it was about the 6th try before I turned him into a pinata.

Well actually frost is not event on the mission down the rabitt hole, you play as yuri so frost never is mia.

i dont understand why people get so mad... so what you know the ending. he didnt lay out the entire game. get over it and play the crap outta it. besides, there is much more to the game then just campaign, like survival... and regular spec ops, and of course multi player..
