Presents a T.A.P.S.S. Competition(Tactical Airsoft Pistol Speed Shooting)

TAPSS is a Practical Pistol target shooting competition and combat training system based loosely on several real world pistol shooting competitions. It is designed to allow for safe and honest competition with airsoft gas pistols. The rules system allows for definitive scoring and a way to compete with yourself AND other airsofters for bragging rights AND prizes.

Summit Lake Entertainment will be filming this event for a future Video Promo release!

Registration is limited to 40 participants so

Competitor Requirements:

Competitors are REQUIRED to provide their own GBB pistol, combat style or service holster, bbs, gas and eye protection. (minimum of wrap around impact rated safety glasses, see rules for more info)

NEW: It is strongly requested that all participants meet a dress code. This dress code consists of several choices in attire.
1.) Combat Casual: A BDU pant with matching solid color Tshirt or Team Tshirt tucked into pants.
2.) Dress Casual: Slacks or Khakis with a Solid Color Tshirt or Polo, OR team Tshirt or Polo.
3.) Bussiness Casual: Slacks with Button Down shirt or Polo, optional Concealment Garment (sport coat or similar)

Why the dress code? Because When you dress professional, you act professional. We don't want this event to look like a bunch of frat boys in holey jeans and dirty t shirts.

We will be providing target papers and pasters for the competition rounds. BUT Participants are required to supply their own practice target paper OR buy practice target papers from the organizers. The targets we will be using can be found here: http://www.pistoleer.com/targets/competition/ We are using target B24 (RC) which is a 12" X 20" target.

Prizes will be awarded for 1st thru 3rd place finishers

Prize Package includes:
1st place: A KWA Glock 19 GBB pistol*.
2nd place To Be Announced
3rd place To Be Announced

*Pistol donated by Summit Lake Entertainment

Tentative Schedule is as follows:
9:00 AM - 10:00 AM: Arrival and gun check in
10:00 AM - 1:00 PM 1st session
1:00 PM - 1:45 PM Lunch Break
1:45 PM - 4:00 PM 2nd Session
4:00 PM - 5:00 PM Finals
5:00 PM - 6:00 PM Prizes and wrap up.

Schedule may change depending on attendance numbers.
