Each Saturday, Starting October 8th will be an open Event at Battlefront Paintball park. These open events are sponsored by the 08th Expeditionary Unit. www.08eu.com

Details:
Battlefront Paintball Park is Located in Hubbard Ohio. Which, is in North East Ohio - near the P.A. Boarder with Youngstown. It's a mostly wooded area with a few buildings (we can use on slow PB player days - which are often, as of now.)

The area is about 90 acres. As I said above - we will have full access to the wooded area. And, the built up area when the days are slow or we out number Paintball players. (Which are often I hope!)

FPS rules are Standard Airsoft Ohio regulation rules - to keep things simple.

Hey I might show up to a few of the games... I was just wondering how far into the year will this be going on? b/c i've got some friends that are going to play but it will about a month or two before they can get there AEGs

We will probably play till the weather gets too sevear. (And I will post about that.)

Basiclly if the weather is below 20~ degrees - I wouldnt imagin us playing just out of the health concerns as well as the gun concerns. (I.e. Guns breaking.)

Because of Foxtrot's recent relocation to the Columbus area, I will be running the airsoft games at Battlefront Paintball.

Right now, we plan to hold weekly or bi-weekly games there on saturdays, as mentioned we will get the reduced fee of $10 a head for a whole day of gaming (9-5) and will have the wooded areas completely open to us for airsoft with the option of also using the building areas when they are slow with business from paintballers.

We also plan to use this field (all of it, including the buildings) in future events we plan to hold.

Here are some guidlines:

1. You must provide your own ANSI rated full-seal goggles.
2. At this time, no airsoft products are for sale at the field, so bring your own equipment, BBs, etc.
3. You must have a signed waiver with you to play, which can be downloaded HERE (http://www.battlefrontpaintball.com/files/waiver.pdf)
4. FPS limits will be the posted AO limits.

I am unsure of the mailing address for the field, it is located on part of a construction site for a storage facility (the warehouses on the trail leading to the field). It may not have one. However, they have a big sign, and if you are coming from I-80 (which 99% of people would) you can use the directions they list here to easily get there: http://www.battlefrontpaintball.com/directions.htm

And yes, the built-up areas are only a maybe at this point. For future planned events, however, we will have use of the entire field. These open games are just being held to gain interest in the field for the airsofting public and to warm the field owners up to us more. So if you can make it, I hope to see you there, and please RSVP here to let me get a head count if possible.

I'm from youngstown, and i'm definitely a newbie...so i'd love to get into something this close. Full time student and i work a lot, so anything like this and at intense would be nice to get into...let me know if you guys play here, i'll definitely be checking back.
