A scenario, two teams each with a medic. Only the medic carrys all team ammo (besides extra mags, players can have those), and medic only has a pistol.

The medic stays with a hit person for a certain amount of time (they have to stand still) for a certain type of wound

if the medic is kill, then no more healing

if a head wound is recieved by a player, than they cannot be healed

the player must be healed EXACTLY where they died

Time for Healing is as follows:

Arm 15 second
Leg 15 seconds
Waist-to-neck (excluding arms), 30 seconds

How many of these posts have I seen before? I would hate to be stuck with just a pistol though...

Why impose restrictions? I'd rather a true milsim experience than having a bunch of rules to clutter it up. Wouldn't it be better to make it as close to a real war as possible? Medics carry rifles in real wars. Medics don't carry ammo, all men do.

In WWII the medics carried no weapons, just their field pack

The soldiers also carried ammo clips, like described in the rules

The Medic carries the EXTRA ammo in case the cartridges that soldiers carry need to be refilled.

This is a different way to play and use medics fairly, not perfect milsim, it just tends to make games with fewer people last longer and therefore be more fun, instead of being "out" for an hour
