Maybe, there could be somekind of link or whatever where it could tell of various airsoft stores who are currently having a sale or discount, or what have you.
Another idea....

There is one already. Look in the retail section.

I have searched around for a bit, but I can't find it. I know when people post about like AA having a Memorial Day Sale or w/e but nothing more general like what I am talking about.

Sorry if I'm being stupid

Please, you're not being stupid. Your unfamiliarity with the website and lack of time searching the various topics has simply left you at a disadvantage.

Manyt people assume that the Search FUnction is the "End-All" answer to every question you will ever have. Unfortunately, it isn't. In order to find what you are looking for, you must narrow the criterion, become more specific in what you want to find.

Unfortunately, Browny, Jack is right. The "Retail Forum" and various Retailers found in the "Links" section would be your best bet. Many retailers choose to advertise in the Retail Forum, but usually to entice people to visit their site.

You may have read in the Newbie Faq how airsoft prices fluctuate daily, sometimes. With that in mind, posting specials and prices just does not make much sense as it is time-sensitive information. These type of threads would have to be very heavily moderated and maintained to insure that fresh data was there. I'm sorry, but that is a ton of work for something you should essentially be doing yourself.

What this means is that you need to pick out several different retailers, not differences in price and stock, and the shipping option and prices and then check these retailers periodically for specials, overstocks, or holiday sales. When you find a favorite retailer or retailers, you can do more comparative shopping. WHen you need to find a discount, it will be waiting for you to find.

If you don't like all of the work required to find the best prices out there, then you need to find a dealer or dealers that stock the items you want and shop almost exclusively with them. Unfortunately, this can only be done if you begin visiting retailers and do some shopping, youself.

Finally, pricing is not always the very best issue to look for. Having a retailer who can answer your questions and stands behind their products and services is often worth the extra money. You can always find lower prices somewhere, if you take the time to look for it. There's no secret to finding lower prices, you just have to start looking. Its much akin to winning the lottery - if you don't buy a ticket, you'll never have a chance to win.
