Indoor FBI/SWAT kill house game

ok, this is going to be coming up in a month or 2 after we get the details worked out, and pricing isn’t worked out yet but it should be like $30-40 (maybe less, wont be more).

Its indoor, brand new warehouse in a really really nice neighborhood (Kettering) with a huge parking lot, secluded business park area so you don’t have to worry about police. Actually its ran by a partnership of 10 Kettering swat / police officers and I get my handgun training done there. They use airsoft as a training aid and are looking to open it up for play on non training days.

I'll try to get some pics up but here’s what they have so far:
- climate controlled
- area to drive cars in and use them in the scenario
- raised filming area with cameras (they film the scenarios)
- completely built house floorplan
- gbb / aeg rental possibility (let me know if anyone wants this)

I’m sure there’s some things I’m missing but that’s what I can think of at the moment, let me know who’s interested.

Sounds great, hopefully we can get some serious CQB games going on here.

I would love to be able to incorporate cars into the game too, that just sounds like a blast.

The only thing that I have to suggest is to make sure everyone understands and follows whatever CQB rules you put in place. A ref or 2 "at least" are needed IMHO to make sure people follow rules, and prevent "flame wars" over alleged cheating/rule breaking, as in certain past CQB games.

well the place is run by swat officers and police officers, they will be there. I dont think they are worried about damage to props etc because they use simmunition there ;)

Do you know how soon a date will be set? I know theres a lot of events coming up and if you want good turnout it'd prolly be best to set a date soon so we all know not to plan anything or other events that day. Just a thought....

I, for one, would make the drive every 3 weeks or once a month to go, and I live in Indianapolis, IN. Thats about a 2 hour drive. If he had games every other week or once a month you'd get a lot better numbers than every week.

I think private games are a good idea because teams work better because they are more tight knit and have practiced together, which can make for tighter gameplay overall, which may be needed to work out some kinks before opening up to the public.

Then again it also sucks though because our JV football team plays on saturdays and i was hoping to get one or two in before november when we get done... hopefully our bye week will line up with a game. O well, see you guys in november ;)

Very nice!.. Would it be possible for teams or a couple teams to come in one day like on a weekend and work on the MOUT tactics.. Cause I know for one that my team doesn't quite know the tactics to clear a room and operate in an Urban Enviroment, and there's really no place that we could get the team together and then I would be able to show them a little better than just using some logs on a ground ya know?

yes we where already considering something like that, however its a little down the line, so more towards fall / winter. As for now the first private game is already full, the second is probably going to be the same people so im sure it will be full asap too :)

if you notice, the doors are setup to be kicked in. You put a wooden dowel in (seen here http://www.allenrice.cjb.net/cqb2/target11.html ) and shut the door. When its kicked in the dowel breaks, replace it to fix the door, pretty sweet :-D

I know this is almost a month since the last reply, but I was wondering if there was a dedicated site set up yet with event schedules? I couldnt make the 8-27 game due to work and lack of trying to sign up. From the sound and look of everything that place is awesome. I would more than love to attend at least one game there.

It looks like there will be another game ran just like the last, then a grand opening event a month or so after that game. Both events will be announced at the same time, so there will be plenty of time to get the day off of work, and a functioning team together.

The grand opening event is the one we're trying to get the swat teams to :)

oh and theres a keyword there "functioning team". This field isnt condusive of paintball style play and individual players. Your going to have a BLAST playing as a team because the entire event is structured around teams, as is the field itself.

players that dont belong to a team would still be able to band together and form a makeshift team to get the most out of the games, but i'll say right now that i would higly reccomend that the people making up this team are 18+. This isnt speculation, this is firsthand experience, trust me on this one.
