US Customs dont check pakages that are shipped within the lower 48 states right? If so, that means I can ship a AEG without any orange tip and covered tradmarkes directly to a place that is illegal such as NYC?

US Customs only checks items that come into the US. If you are shipping within the US, you have to deal with USPS, UPS, Fed Ex, etc and their policies. However, you just posted that you wanted to ship a gun to a place where it is illegal to ship airsoft -- NYC. Knowing that it is illegal and trying to ship it anyway means that you are breaking the law. Any one of us may decide to report you and we would be within our rights.

Airsoft can do without people willing to break the law. If you can't enjoy your hobby in the city/state you live in, then you should move. Breaking the law is wrong no matter how you look at it. I highly suggest you make other arrangements because you are risking an awful lot.

Shipping it without an orange tip alone is looking for trouble, most overseas companies will include a seperate non-painted flashhider anyways.

Wow, this is yet another classic example of people posting and not comprehending a damn thing. Texx told the guy that he shouldn't break the law and he should just move. You just basically insinuated that he should do it and not tell anyone. BAD IDEA! *smacks you with trout*

If it is illegal and it involves airsoft, don't do it. PERIOD.

if you are referring to power edge usa then no you do not have to deal wih customs. power edge has the ability to bypass customs fees to you and also give you full trades. my team has ordered from there twice now and we have yet to see any problems or charges in 6 months.
