Where are the AO rules for play

i cant find the copy of the rules for AO play. Such as the fps regulations to engagement distance and all that. I did a search and still couldnt find them . can someone help me out here

i clicked that rules button and it just takes me back to the main forum index, that is why i posted this question.

Well, since I'm not really an expert with technical issue, you might ask Locutus why you don't see the rules. Otherwise, you should see exactly what JayKay posted.
