Im curious if its a server error, database error, or if a moderator is deleting them.

Well, there hasn't been any server errors, so if some of your posts are missing then most likely they were deleted by a moderator.

Over time do posts get deleted? I mean, if I have 200 posts, and then I don't login for a while. Will my posts go down to say, 150?

What? I called Erant Storm an ***? Close your mouth and open your ears (or in this case, your eyes) I happen to know Brian, and he knows I wouldn't call him an ***. Besides ErantStorm was just spamming so he can reach "Member" rank, so no one calls him a NewB any more.
