Ris to Ris

Is there such thing as a ris to ris adapter? (something to connnect a ris rail to another ris rail?)

yeah its out there, its been used to attach a shotgun to a ris plate for a m4 / m16 masterkey setup, just search for it :)

also, say i were to buy this:

Would the ris adapter stay on the m15a4 foregrip with the 3 pound ca870cqb shotgun on it? also.....the foregrip on the m15a4carbine isnt perfectly level...so, theoretically, i could let the front of the ris thing hang down, separated from the foregrip with washers, to make it level?
