Why is this site so troublesome? I misplaced an order and want to cancel it before it ships out. I tried to call up there between their calling times and after going through the maze of the "If you would like... Press 1" nobody picked up the phone!!! I called several times throughout the day (all between the correct times) to make sure nobody was on a break, and still got nothing. So I finally left a voice mail, and decided that if I get the wrong gun, I'm going to shoot myself.
