For qualification you need to be in your kit 1 hour prior to the event.
you must have
Full seal goggles with a mask
Water
Boots
1 red cloth
1 cloth or bandana of any color other then red. Should at least be the size of a bandana
The qualification will not be based on how good you are or what type of gear you have. It will be based on safety and sportsmanship.

I'm 15 and I have a full face mask, I carry a cantine at all times, I have heavy steel toed work boots from when I was doind volunteer work in New Orleans, and I have plenty of bandanas that are red. So do I qualify?

When work slows down and I have time to play again, I can help out as DI. Missing OP Red Dawn, but work will slow down after that.

6 years of Army experience and one tour under my belt. Cannot make it to Red Dawn, but probably the next one for sure. I'm on call to DI some young ones if you need the help. Just let me know.

Im turning 15 shorty but carry cantine have ansi goggles seen action in springfield and red dragon always call hits and love to have fun!

My son is 10 and plays, but I have spent alot of time working with him. Again the typical argument that it depends on maturity.
My kids are 10 and 11 and we played with all adults for our first open play sat and knowone had a problem with my kids!
Spend time teaching them and they are fine,,,the ones that aren't educated are the ones that you have problems with.

you should be 13 to qualify by yourself. you should have your parent or guardian in field with you if not.
basically if you can legally stay at home by your self then you are okay by yourself.
kdog it's obvious that you took the time to properly protect your kids. you're also enjoying the game with them. as you stated in your post; you also took the time to educate them. many parents do not take the time.. surprisingly.

I am 12 and I have a friend going on 13 (12 till Nov 26, I think), we have full face masks, we both always call our hits, he has mil-spec boots, and I am going to pick out mine on Saturday. His dad (Army vet! so awesome) and my mom's boyfriend will be taking us. Is there gonna be any way that someone could bring a spare gun or 2, just in case things don't go right? Anyways, this is gonna be my first "game" (had small games on friend's property, but never been in one this big). PM me one any info we'll need forehand and if anyone could bring a spare AEG. Thanks!

Also, I have been taught how to use my gun by a trustworthy airsoft vet, and my friend has been taught on his dad's AR-15, so we know what we are doing (we are not Rambo n00bs). Our guardians are gonna invest in goggles or a FFM. Again, if I left anything out, PM.

I'm almost 16 but not quite there yet I have all the safty equipment you metioned at the beggining. I have alot of experience with real firearms so I know what I'm doing. I've been playing for quite a few years with friends in woods by our houses. I've been looking for a place that hosts matches and games. So I need to know if your willing to let me in for Red Dawn.

Not to be picking on John, but he did put "For qualification you will need...etc" so technically, you need the gear, safety, and sportsmanship...

Hey as you may know I'm 13 years old to be 14 on the 21st of March, and I have all gear you have requested. When will the next rise of the corporation event be and I will be there, ready for inspection.
Unsure at this time we are working that out now.
