That's the gun i'm looking at in the title but I have one key question. This applies to pretty much any M4A1 out there. If I have an ICS RIS M203 which is made out of primarily PVC (or some kind of durable non-metal material) and one of those standard metal ris rails that attach to the under and upper portion of the handguard will the handguard be able to support the M203. I meen I dont wanna get it and have it break the handgurad.

It would hold for a while. But, eventually it would beak because the hand guards are just made of plastic or nylon fiber, depending on the brand. Invest in a nice metal RIS, that is the advice I have for you.

I attached a metal rail to a stock hand guard and it came off of the barrel just by pulling on the fore grip I attached to the rail. I took it off.

I have a metal RIS on my MP5, and i attached a laser sight on it with a plastic rail clamp, and the first time it hit my leg it snapped. You MAY not have that trouble since it is a larger unit, but basic rule of thumb:
