looking for a good event

Im looking for a good event for me to go to Im a new player and I know its late in the summer but ive been getting my gear together, and a buddy has been doing the same. I wanted to know if any good events will be occuring near the end of september or beginning of october on the events page the majority of the evets are 3 or 4 hours away from me, (I live in cleveland). Will any events be occuring closer to myself, possibly only an hours drive? Or is it simply to far away form the end of sept and oct to have more events be posted? Ill be keeping and eye out for a good one

As said in a recent thread concerning year-round games, games will continue to be year round. Gameplay doesn't really have a huge drop off point at any time during the year. You can attend events whenever and wherever they are held.
