Picked this up at the flea market yesterday, along with a cheapo chinese springer for my little brother (now hes hooked and wants a better one :D )
i was kind of sceptical but turns out its a great gun, probably my favorite spring pistol ive had the pleasure of messing with so far. good balance, the wieght and feel is about right, and i have had a jam or misfire or mag problem yet, its had maybe 200 rounds through it.
im not sure if it has hopup or not, and i havent had to take it apart yet so i havent checked. all the plinking i have done so far with it are at close range in my room, so i cant really tell.
anyone know?

My HFC Glock 17 had hopup, but for some reason, it was like sticking out inside the barrel too far, which somehow made the hopup too strong. It gave the gun the effect of having the barrel or hopup upside down. When i fired it holding it regularly, The bb's went about 10 yards and then curved down sharply. If I held it upside down, the bb's would go at least 90 feet, almost perfectly straight. I pushed up on the hopup inside the barrel to get it out of the way. Its range more than doubled holding it regularly, but it has no hopup anymore, so its range still isn't the best. I think it was around 25-30 yards with the hopup pushed up. I'd check for you, but i gave the gun away to my friend who can't get airsoft. I loved the gun, though. It was very powerful. HFC may have corrected this hopup problem if it even is a recurring one, but I don't know. Just go outside and test it. You should be able to tell. If your shots curve down sharply after a short distance, check to see how it shoots upside down. The only way I know of to fix that is to do what I did. Just test it before you do anything else. If you need help, you can contact me on AOL instant messenger. I don't have the gun anymore, but I might be able to help you to do what I did. my AIM screen name is Magus 866.
