Cincinnati Airsoft Arena??????

I was wondering if anyone knows anything about this. I came across this web address in another thread http://cincinnatiairsoft.com/ . I checked it out and so far there is just a homepage saying they hope to open soon and it gave a brief description of what they hope to have. There were some things that made me wonder if this is legit or just someones pipe dream. For instance, they said they think max fps for the cqb arena will be 385-400 OUCH!!!! Does anyone out there have any solid intel on this?
