Players in the Columbus/ Newark Area

The Point of this post is to just get a tab on players around these areas. Ive played airsoft with a group friends for about 7 years now. Were all veteran paintball players both tourney an rec. Around the ages of 20-23 an were kinda sick of just playing in our 175 acres woods lol. Anyway were looking for more players to play every or every other weekend an a place to play. Ive talked with local stores like Gen merch (Pataskala) Slone's Knives (Heath) an Airsmith (Columbus) . We wouldnt mind having people out to play here if your interested its just a wooded area with corn fields around it total of 375 acres but we just play in the a contained area. I'm from Newark and the CQB Event Cinder speaks of is well worth the drive.
We've been there 3 times and had a very small/very large group of people there. Both times It was a awesome experience. Anyone from the Newark Area interested in going I'd like to meet so we can perhaps work as a team there!

Yeah i think theres plenty of players in the area to get a Big game going somewhere close we just need that area to bad conquest isnt up ... if anyone knows of of land or a building that we can all play in id be more than happy to set up something i have a very open schedule now that Time warner laid me off of work lol an i leave for Basic in about 7 months so im not to interested in finding a full job now. I do how ever have about 375 acres of woods an corn fields we've had small games open play kinda stuff with friends but nothing serious big or cqb its more woods than anything . Im definately down for going to different places to play as well we just need to communicate an do it . PM Email i have a cell do whatever if your big on getting something started in the area i dont mind the drive to places but it would be nice to have something a half an hr or an hr away to play i know i speak for alot of people .

man you are preaching to the croud, there are countless amounts of threads on this topic. we would all love to have a field again, i would like one as much as you would but so far there has been nothing. widow posted the contact info for the landlord for conquest here somewhere that might be out best bet???

theres a couple of us playing in our woods this weekend ... its more of an open play than anything else no restrictions as long as your wearing some kind of eye protection 18 years or older green black or tan...we'd start around 11 am...its about 375 acres but we rope off an area a just play . Its nothing serious nothing big but if your interested your more than welcome to come out in play . Im about 1/4 of a mile off route 40 between Jacksontown an Brownsville if your interested contact me an i'll give you directions.

I was just recently thinking of starting a group not necessarily a team but a group that plays together maybe a large group that consists of many teams its just a thought... but i was thinking C.O.A.G Central Ohio Airsoft Group. I know there are LOTS of teams in the area made up of 3 - 5 guys some ive seen 10+ but imagine if we got those teams together an started an airsoft club in Central Ohio. Meet somewhere more than likely a backwoods open play kinda feel at first so we can get a feel then from there maybe try to open Conquest back up or build a field somewhere just a thought . what are your guys thoughts ?

i think that that is a great idea, it would form all of us little teams and solo players into one bigger group, more people your would be able to do way more than just one team of 3-5. i am all for that, if people would follow through with it. the problem is on the forum it is like a wild fire of energy, but when it comes time to do something... it dies off, just look at the old thread about conquest re-opening if you need and example. i am all for getting a field going around here so if you have something going count me in!

Right thats why we need to buck up fellows! i say we plan some date where we can just get everyone together i dont know where the best place would be for that . I can offer my house we have a large amount of woods which is pretty thick lol but hey its a starting point at least just so we can at least meet an get it started . If anyone else has an ideas on that lets hear it !

We can either meet up somewhere up here before going down or just meet down there its mainly CQB in a 3 story old schoolhouse they do alot of objective games time limit kinda stuff i have around 6 or 7 people going with me as of right now.
