Where in USA to get NEW, unmolested-trades, T-M M4/T-M M4 body?

Hello all,

Does anyone know where in the USA can I find a NEW, unfired, T-M M4 (or the T-M M4 upper and lower recvrs halves) with unmolested/not permanently mangled Colt trades?

Any TM AEG from any reputable US dealer will have the trademarks removed. AirsoftGI included.

nfa, you're kinda not far from the mark here. Most US retailers will have to destroy Colt trademarks to import them. Those who don't may face legal scrutiny from Cybergun or other realsteel companies.

The Knight's SR16 body seems to be one of the only to escape this. I don't exactly remember what the reason that is, but they seem to be the only brand not mutilated.

Your best bet is to pick up an aftermarket metal body. You can find those between $60-$220 depending on the brand and trademarks. Your other choice is to try to sneak one through yourself. Some of the overseas retailers sell the plastic bodies, but these are becoming a bit more difficult to find as many custom shops no longer have to start from a Marui gun to build a custom.

Thanks for the replies... pretty dismal news for those of us with molested TMs who want to keep it 100% original, or for those who want their first TM.

I sure hope this doesn't mean that those who drop almost $5-large on the new vibrating TM SOPMOD that their gonna have that nice aluminum lower dremeled at the border...

Edit; FWIW, I contacted one of the evilbayers selling the new T-M M4; they can't garuntee these guns will make it thru customs intact.

Do not understand why T-M is so hung up on just supplying the JDM when we have one of the largest economies on the planet to purchase their guns - all they need to do is bite the pellet, pay the devil their due; and sell all the Colts and H&Ks they can crank out of their factories over here...
