So i decided to order a Tokyo Marui Sig Sauer P226 for my Seal theme. I didn't search to many retailers for the cheapest price, but out of the sites i did search, Airsoft Smith was the cheapest with a price of $144.99.

I placed a phone call to the store to ask a couple of questions before i placed my order, i got the answering machine and did not leave a message. Thirty minutes later i called the store again, an employee answered the phone and helped me with all of my questions and was very customer service oriented.

I placed my order online later that day around 3:30pm est, at 4:14pm est that same day i received an email from Airsoft Smith advising me that my order has shipped and was due for UPS delivery the next day.

The following day i received my Sig, it was packed inside the shipping box in a way so that it couldn't move around, insuring that my new toy arrived safe.

Opening the box, my new side arm has the paint on the front half of the slide as any airsoft gun does in order to make it past customs. As for the trademarks, I'm happy to report that all trademarks were intact. What they did was have these plastic strips super glued over the trademarks. With a little bit of upward force, i was able to break the plastic strips away from the gun which made me very happy.

I'm very happy with my order from Airsoft Smith and the great customer service they offer, i recommed there services to anyone. Thanks.

I've had 1 experience so far and it was great. I ordered a KWA M4 and it arrived a day later than it should've (which made it a weekend). Oh well, still "2" day shipping no problem.
My trigger assembly was obviously messed up from the factory and after about 100rds it was FUBAR (I'll spare the details). I called and returned it (to their expense) and they fixed it and had it back to me rather quickly. All of this didn't cost me a thing.

So in any event, excellent seller, quick shipping, A+ customer service.
Highly Recommended

I have never had a problem with Airsoft Smith, everytime i've been there the workers have been very very helpful. The owner is a very nice man, if only there were more people like him in the world.

If I'm ever up in Columbus, I'm going to try to stop by their store.

Agreed with the statement of Airsoft Smith being a great and reputable company.

First of all, they answer e-mails quickly and to the fullest.

Also, I ordered some PTW batteries from them at around 4:30 PM on a Thursday, and received them at 11 AM the next day. The packaging was great and I will continue to think highly of them.
