Guys, thanks for coming out, we really got a break concerning the weather. It's currently raining here in columbus, pretty soggy, so we dodged a bullet and had a pretty fun day at Fran Bar. No real problems on the field, a good turnout, and some exciting games. I hope everyone had fun.

It was a very good day for AO. Good turnout, perfect weather, and some great games. I had a blast, no *****ing just a lot of action. My complements to MacDaddy for making this event happen and wallace for some novel new scenario's. The 3 cards and your out addition to speedball was excellent.
Fran Bar is a bargin right now at $5......

What a great day. Kinda sucked that my battery died at about 4. (probably due to my exessive use of the trigger.:D) If I had to choose a favorite part, it would have to be my two friends and I lying on the ground screaming our heads off after we were killed in the Tears of the Sun mission. Good times. It's been said a few times already, but thanks for a great time to Macdaddy and Wallace. Hope to see everyone in the future.

Thanks to Wallace, and MacDaddy for making this happen. I liked the new scenarios, it's nice to have a change of scenary every once in a while.
Thanks to Rampage613, and the two others that were screaming in that Tears of the Sun mission. It was funny as hell. I don't think i've laughed so hard in a long time. Thanks again!

had a great time. lots of interesting scenarios. not many problems at all. i'd just like to point out that getting shot in the foot *does* count as a kill. had a problem with that in the speedball course. ill leave it at that. you know who you are.....
thanks wallace for throwing this together at the last minute. it was definently worth it

Thanks all for comming on short notice. Thankfully the weather cooperated, I was actually surprised at how warm it was :)
Had a lot of fun, I think my favorite mission was the king of the hill with the little red bandanna, that was the most intense mission I've played in a long while ;). That card one was cool too, something we should make a regular at skirmishes.
Only low points was that I seemed to get nailed alot in the face, but that's probably b/c that was the only part of my body I was showing (still hurt like a mother). Also saw a bunch of blind firing (espeically durring the king of the hill scenario) but I attribute that to the fact we had some new guys there.
For less than 7 days notice and the threat of rain, we had a great turnout and a helluva fun time. THANKS ALL!

A suprsingly great day for airsoft was a lot of fun. I think each mission worked out rather well for an event that was sorta rag-tag as it was put together on such short notice. I really enjoyed the speedball course missions and the KOFTH mission, despite the fact I was blind-fired upon behind the house. I wasn't hit but I think next time we ought to make sure everyone knows it rule not to do so. I also agree though it was likely due to the fact we had some newer players along. Overall great day though; can't wait for Air Cav.

Thanks to everyone who showed up and made it a great day - especially the early birds from iP and Black Ops who made the morning games possible.
There was a lot of trigger time to be had between 9:30 am and 5:30 pm with really only a half hour break at lunch and minimal downtime between matches to reload.
My favorite moment of the day was on the speedball course during the second 'defend the horse trailer' game in the afternoon. I was taking sporadic fire from what I thought was just one guy holed up *IN* the trailer. I traded fire with him for several minutes - wanting him to know that I knew he was in there. Then, out of the blue *WHAM* the door burst open and out dart TWO guys like bats out of hell. Too bad I was reloading, but I nearly laughed til I cried... Who was that in the trailer? - I can't remember.
Good Times
PS - any thought for making the Tears of the Sun scenario better?

well it was badlama and myself in side the trailer, we were so screwed and i was running out of juice so we decided to bust outta there and run for the nearest cover however when we did like six guys opened up when they saw us we got to cover but got mowed down right after word. at least we got some laughs outta that one.

This was my 2nd game as you found out if you read my thread in the General Discussion board. I had a lot of fun and once again thanks for letting me barow that M16A1. I just can't remember you name, sorry.
And there was a guy out there that I shot in the neck from the ridge. You know who you are because it looked like it hurt. I was hit too for the same reason, I didn't stay behind that rock close enough.
This game was great except for the cold weather. Nevertheless, good game, I'd love to do it again.
