Iv been to this field once before for paintball, its probally the best field iv ever been to. i was reading the th site, and saw that they also have airsoft events here as well and thought i should share this with the teams or players who travel out of state.

this is the link that has waivers and rules for airsoft.

their fields are very nice, and very well built. Knowing that airsoft is trying to spead and grow as a well known sport this could be a good idea sometime in the future to set a game up here sometime like the event that is schedualed at Ft. Drum, Ny.

Deepest apologies of i should not have posted this here, but due to how well the fields are built i thought this would strike intrest in some people.

That's kind of far! Chicago for one game. I don't know it better be the best damn field alive.

4-5 hours is not a bad drive. Guys from Cleveland/Cincinnati have been exchange event appearances from that far... Now if you are 13 and you need your dad/mom to drive you around, that is a bit different.

Those are truely amazing fields. I think it'd be amazing to get a large scale event going there. hmm, 4 to 5 hours isn't bad at all.

The town of Bedlam and Armageddon are especailly sweet.

I can drive, but 4-5 hours plus the game would take up a whole day. With sports and family, for me, that's too far. Also, I like to play with my friends so we like to go to springfield/circleville games.

Myself and 3 other Strikers went to CPX for the first airsoft game they ever held back on 7/26/03. Here's what I remember:

- Bug heaven! Never seen so many biting insects in my life! lol
- The scenario play field are very impressive, but unfortunately when we were there everything was covered in paintball paint. :(
- The cityscape looks good from the OUTSIDE. Inside its just one big open empty space with netting to simulate rooms. Good for paintballs but not good for 6mm BB's. Look inside a doorway and you could see to the end of the block!

This is how it was 6yrs ago, Maybe they've upgraded the place. Worth the visit at least once. :)

I personally have to drive close to 3 and a half hours to get to games held at springfield... Driving time isn't an issue, it's your ability to plan accordingly that fails. Looks like an awesome place to play! Nice find Druid.
