Vietnam?

I have been wanting to play in an event with a Vietnam type feel. with tall grass, dense forest and just mostly guerrilla warfare where we have 3-5 objectives of finding an enemy bunker or rescuing us soldiers from a POW camp.

I havent been to springfield but conquest has tall grass and dence forest and a creek with buildings.

check it out. For about 80 shipped you can get a good set of issue m1956 gear. from there its easy to build a kit- boots, OD/ERDL/Duckhunter/Tstripe uniform and boonie. Era issue body armor/flak jackets are widely available, as are CA/TM/G+G/G+P/e-1 m16vn, CA xm177, g+pxm177, etc etc

Conquest just had a Vietnam themed game, Harvest Moon 2. Conquest has pretty much everything that you described, but as of now, there are no upcoming events, so you might have to wait.

battlefront paintball (warren) has tons of acreage. there's a city part (small enough for a real sized village) and the woods have this tall grass everywhere. plenty of vines and stuff

I'd agree with Nicky there, the city area can easily be passed off for as a Hue City type setting. Also the trails in the wood sector are all vietnamese type names for when the paintballers do vietnam scenarios.

agreed, when I was talking to pudd I came to the conclusion that we will most likely not have a game until it gets a bit warmer out.

I agree that battlefront is a great place to do it. I suggest august. It's extremely thick out there.

However battlefront paintball is in hubbard not warren.
