I finally bought a digital camera...so enjoy. There's a couple of things to consider A. the golden rod and grass is alittle over 5 foot so tires are concealed and B. I only photographed some of the field not all of it.

Well, I'm I know my dad has an extensive policy due to our pond, so I'll talk to him. Now, local law enforcement isn't much concern since from past experiences they don't know where I even live and I doub't they'd care.
I'm 20 well a week from being 20 anyway and a college student just throwing that out there.
There is a few things the field itself isn't huge 10 acres counting the wooded area and also there's alot of thorns and I mean alot, lol

I'll check with them and my dad and etc. and get back with everyone. It'll probably have to be late october early november. This will be a test run on future stuff here for sure. that freaking wind storm earlier this month knocked down basically every single dead tree in the woods which is good now there more cover every where.

Alright sports fans, this year no games but next year my dad gave his blessing lol. That'll give me plenty of time to cut down the thorns in the woods...trust me if you went out there now you'd thank me later.

there are companies that offer airsoft/paintball insurance. Last i checked its 1500 a year. It wont affect your dad's insurance policy.

A better question would be.... How many cars are jacked up in the front yard? :p

Considering the tires, that would be some big *** cars.

The former own was a truck driver. He was hauling metal and it wasn't tied down properly and came lose. It killed a lady and he got slamed with a law suit and needed quick cash, so sharaters(SP?) in Greenville paid him to dump tires out here. The crazy part is there use to be alot more like in the thousands.

I'd like to add this property is certified by the National wildlife federation. Thus, I'd like anyone who plays here to use bio-degradable BB's. Those who uses them will recieve a 5 dollars discount, so they'll pay 10 dollars compared to 15 dollars.
I know your probably wondering how the hell the national wildlife federation gave us the honor. The truth is that the tires provide shelter for wildlife. I ask that when I host games all players respect wildlife and don't harm them.

Alright, here's an update.
Well, my dad's still out of work and is less inclined to having an event here until he has a job. It's his property, so I don't question his reasoning on this.
I would however like to get a few people out here sometime next month to look around the field and give me suggestion on what they like about it or dislike and etc. That said, if your interested drop me a PM.

If I may make a suggestion, you should fill those tires with dirt. If they fill up with water and start breeding mosquitos, and someone gets wind of it and reports it, the EPA will be up your *** about it. I know a guy in Leavittsburg that happened to.

lol, seriously they don't care.

The EPA douesn't give a rat's ***. We've contacted those worthless collection of idiots about 8 times since we moved in. The last time we even suggested they send someone out here with a powerful drill and drill holes in them to drain the water. We've contacted the EPA, ohio senate and house memebers, and ohio's representives in the Federal house and Senate. We get the same excuse ever time, so trust me I'm not worried one bit

If I may point out another point. If mosquitos were to breed and populate that area, would you want to play back there? I'm not trying to be a **** here, I just happen to notice stuff people overlook constantly.

That's why there's replent, if someones scared of getting bit by mosquitos then there 50 times more afriad of BBs.

BBs don't carry West Nile Virus and other diseases
Dougrich

That is true, but while yes they make use of the tires there isn't as many as you'd be inclined to think there are. We have a rather large community of bats and various insects and other creatures who keep there numbers in check.

It's not a matter of fear, but a matter of comfort. No one wants to camp in a mosquito infested area and I doubt anyone would want to play airsoft in a similar situation.
Edit: Also the EPA doesn't give a care now because they don't have to. When the public starts complaining thats when they go to work.
I know that since I have o-negative blood, the mosquitos will eat me to the bone...not really but you get what I'm saying. Every year i get about 50 mosquito bites on each leg while wearing pants ant 25 on each arm, while wearing repellent. My parents told me it is because o-negative blood is "sweet" and full of sugar. I personally have never found a repellent that works totally. So a ton of mosquitos would definetly be a turn-off to me. West nile does not sound fun either.
