Most people who are veteran airsoft players avoid Airsplat like the plague. I've heard of countless horror stories about Airsplat. Hitguns? WHo knows, they're too new to have settled in to the market.

I would never order from airsplat.

Hitguns posts their new stuff on this site, but I can't say I know anything more about them.

Might help us if we knew what you were looking for.

I ordered from Airsplat, and I suppose I got away lucky. Everything came within a week and in good condition. They had a good price on an ARMY L85A1 so I tacked a few other necessities on there. The one downside was that they packaged it very poorly. Two gas pistol mags fell out of the boxes and were sliding around inside. If the people who have more experience say to avoid it, I'd listen to them, but sometimes you get lucky and sometimes you lose out. Unless you find some unbeatable price on something you really want, I'd stick with the in-state stores.

and even if you do get lucky you still have to wait a good week til you get your items. just order from the in state stores.
1. most have walk in stores so you can go back to them if there is a problem
2. ok, the prices might be a little higher here but you also would normally save a little more on shipping. if you think about it ship to ohio from California/ or ship from cinci or c-bus to your house. also means you do not have to wait as long to get your items!!
3. these in state stores make it their goal to make everything in your orders correct. some out of state stores do not really care as much. and the biggest thing about Instate stores is the customer service you will recieve.

Do not order from airsplat. They have terrible service. I had no problems when I ordered from Hitguns though.

I've only made a few orders from airsplat and haven't had a problem. On some of their guns their prices are really good. Their customer service wasn't too bad either (with the 1 experiance I had with them).
But with all the bad stories I get I try to avoid them. They don't really have a very good bb selection anyway.

I ordered my JG from Airsplat back in the day, and It camr pretty quickly, good prices, and Ive never had a problem with them. Ive also never tried to get any type of customer service from them though, so i dont know how good that is.

everyone i talk to, including me trusts asgi.
my got f'ed up within a week of getting it, and instead of them saying 'call the company' they helped me out and gave me suggestions on what it could possibly have been.
asgi has the best selection of guns, and gear, good prices, and ships to ohio in about a week.

ohio retailers ftw.

I've only ever ordered outside of ohio retailers if something i want is out of stock and i need it asap.

You should always support your local distributors. Its selfish not to. They host your games, website, do alot for you. Your business is the least you can do.
