One looked like it was for a 9.whatever volt batt, and the other a 12...big difference there.

Plus, the mah of the chargers (I assume that is like their charging speed, no battery wiz) is 350 for one, and 200 for the other, seems like the top one would charge faster, but the voltage throws me off.

Somebody else can help you here.
