hey, lookin for a new pair of goggles, as my current ones fog up and are very uncomfortable. I came across these: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=588&item=2188129327
I needed to know whether or not they would meet the requirments for airsoft goggles. I figured they would since they are being used in the military but needed to make sure. Thanks

No, but if you want to use them you can buy ballistic lenses for it at www.airsoftarms.com . It'd be cheaper to buy a ready pair though. We had one person use those and the bb went right through the lense.

Just get something cheap, me and my buddy Agent ordered some Wiley Xl-1 glasses that are ANZI rated and have a full seal/attachment point for an elastic strap-$60 to look like you're wearing sunglasses instead of huge bulky goggles or paintball masks (shudder).
But because of an instance where I'd say I got screwed out of $30, I ended up with a cheap back up pair of ESS goggles that totally stopped a 350 AEG shot from nearly point blank without a dent or mark, fine and safe incase my glasses fog badly or something, in which case I'd probably just take it like a man, lol. Only instance where goggles look anywhere good to me, are when using a PASGT helmet or just a balaclava, and 1, I don't own a PASGT, 2 I don't want to use my balaclava look.
Heheh, I'd sell you these troopers for $20....perfectly comfortable, don't fog.

what style of ESS goggles are they? ESS makes about 8 different versions/styles for under $40
i use a PASGT replica, and a balaclava, so i guess im good either way, right

The tactical XT's it says-I bought them, figured out that I'm not a fan of such things, and once I found the alternative (ballistic sunglasses) I tried to send them back from whence they came-I assume that because they were smudgy in the lenses (the way they arrived to me, new) I couldn't send them back because they were "used". Kinda lame, reminded me of the time US customs sent a $30 bill for an AEG I had got a month earlier. But since it feels good to have a back up that won't fail incase the glasses do (which they shouldn't, everyone is telling me), it kinda worked out for the better. Though I'm short $30 more than I shoulda been-grumble.

skitelluride531, you should also look at Bolles. they are the best company i think (dont want to start a fight with that comment, just my opinion). look at lightfighter.com. they have them for the cheapest. they also have ESS and some Wiley X ones also.
