I ordered 3 items from hobbytron.com and I am very disappointed with the results.
Here are my problems with the company:
I ordered 5000 .28 BBs and instead received a container of only 1000.
A selector switch for my MP5 was listed as in stock when ordered, but on the packing list it is listed as on back order.
Neither of these are major issues, unless the company is impossible to contact.
Such is the case in this instance.
The phone number on the receipt goes to a voicemail. I have left 2 messages a couple of weeks apart and have yet to receive a return call. It is recommended in their voicemail to contact them via support@hobbytron.com, but when you send them an e-mail, an automated return email appears telling you that they dont use support@hobbytron.com anymore, and that the website should be visited. Then, when you get to the website, there is a place where you can track your order. However, my order cannot be found. There is also a short process of fill in the blanks and scrolldown option to narrow down as to what problem you had with your order. Then when you submit it a message appears in a large white box that tells you to call a different number. This number just gives a busy signal.
I hope this serves as a word to the wise and no one else gets duped!
