I had to sell my P90 so I was wondering if I should go for the G36C next year.
My reasons is that the p90 I'm using isn't so realistic because of the magazine box I got, so I thought a G36C is good for me because of it's size since it's a small gun (I also like the M4A1 but I think It's gonna b heavy after some time in the game...).
I don't know if i should go back for the P90 next year because of it's ROF or go for the G36C..(I think the G36c has an EG 700 motor... so.. I'm afraid that it has a low ROF)
Does ROF really matter?

how about in terms of upgrades, both internal and cosmetics?

The P90 box mag has another victim...sigh...
Oh yeah, and I don't think something having an eg700 really makes it slow-I hear the famas has a crazy ROF and its got like an eg560.
Hard to notice a diff between 700 and 1000 though.

The eg 700 and 1000 have minimal difference in ROF. the G36c is a hefty gun, but it is also very well balanced, and feels much lighter to manuever then it really is. The thing sholders effortlessly as well, as if you are simply moving your forearm and the gun is barely even there. very clean and easy to use sight picture as well. all around one of my fave's, and I speculate I will have one coming next spring.
BTW after a p90, everything will feel heavier over the course of a game :)

I think for me holding the G36C would be more lighter than the P90 since i have the box magazine and a 1500mah battery replace the original magazine. If you dont know what I mean I'm going to attach a photo later on

Actually, now I'm wondering exactly how much heavier the various AEG's are compared to each other.
As far as the G36, I've skirmished against some folks that use the G36, and from everything I saw, it's a very nice gun. It has a nice compact size, that can be grown out with the K mods.

SL8 mods? You sure? I've only seen the full SL8 gun and the K and E kits.
I been dying for a SL8. To try to make it a SL9 (silenced sniper rifle of doom, courtesy of H&K)

just to add my 2 cents the g36c does have a eg1000 and as a proud owner ive also found that it can make a good support weapon with that 470 hi cap lol but ill prob be turnin mine n to a g36k here shortley if i can find a kit with a real optic in the handle n not 2 plastic discs with little holes

If I went with a G36k, I'd just use an aimpoint. Never really fancied the look of the dual-optic handle. (Airsoft is like 80% looks right? lol)
But yea, a real grip is like $48 at Cals. And only requires MINOR
dremeling. Someone posted how before AO was attacked.

Unfortunately, I've been watching Cal's webpage and staying in email contact with him ever since TM released the G36c and they've never had any K forarms in stock. Ever.
The K kits that were being sold on AirsoftPlayers and mentioned on Arnie's aren't too bad after you finish them a bit further (File off some mold lines, sand the thing down and paint/varnish it).
