How hard did you look on the site ? I googled chalet airsoft and on the bottom it says click here to report a missing order and the site seems legit. I would say next time order off a better site (airsoft gi, evike, airsoft atlanta, airsoft smith, airsoft arms, combatdepo) those were off the top of my head. To answer the question about there emails alot of companys email may think it was spam and discarded the email, or they could just be busy. Hope that helped.

Um if you contact them and cancel your order you could re use the money. But if you can't contact them they don't really have to cancel it... That must be irritating!

Was the money in the PayPal account or bank? If you have a bank account linked to your PayPal, it usually takes a few days to confirm the payment, they might be waiting on that...

Yes. You usually have up to 60 days to do that. And if the money has not yet been transferred it isn't a problem.
