Throat Mics

Hey, I have seen these things in movies a lot. I didnt actually think they were availible to the public. I want to know where I can buy one and if I need a specific kind of walkie talkie.

For those who arent sure what I am talking about, I mean the kind that are in 'Tears of the Sun', where you push on the buttons on your throat to speak into.
