9 STAR lowcaps and one TM standard, with magpull ductape/paracord thingies.
the STARS are in good condition and feed perfectly, The TM looks beat up, but feeds flawlessly
$25 + shipping/Paypal fees takes all of the STARS (add $10 for TM standard), or $4 apiece for the STARS, and $10 for the TM standard

they are for the standard issue US Space Marine Battle Rifle

Or maybe they are for a Airsoft M4/M16 I am not sure maybe the one that actually exists?

Basically what sidd said (minus the part about the BR. The BR uses a horizontal integral style mag =D ).
These mags are for use in a M4/M16, or any AEG that accepts that style of mag (SCAR, LR-300, FNC, L85, modified G36's and Famas's, etc).
