Hi, im looking to get a Aeg from airsoft arms soon and was wondering if there where any good ones under $200.I was looking at the echo 1 ak-47 I already own the echo 1 m4 and was also looking at the echo 1 vector arms Ak cpm compact and the echo 1 g36c (not my favorite LOL).I already have the echo 1 m4 so im looking something completely different then a m4 or m16 feel.Im also was looking at the UTG m14 special ops (simulated wood)

The vector arms ak cpm compact look good but does not come with a battery or charger but it might still be worth it?

Thanks:D

heres a link to the airsoft arms site all guns listed are $200 and below http://airsoftarms.com/view_category.php?category_id=63&category_name=Automatic+Electric+Guns+%28AEGs%29&products_per_page=10&view_page=1&SortOrder=1&MinimumPrice=100&MaximumPrice=200

Most decent aeg's do not come with a battery or charger. I would get the AK over the g36c, my friend had one a while before he sold it and it had a decent ROF, fps, and range.

The UTG M14 isnt a bad gun. I had one and i liked it. It had decent accuracy. Mine did not have a bent inner barrel. If you want a a M14 for an extra 20-30 bucks the Echo 1 M14 EBR is a decent gun. TNT had one and it chronoed between 390-400. It was all metal and it did come with a battery and charger.

Completely...utterly...useless post. And for the love of god, "I" is CAPITALIZED!

Anything Echo is going to be better then UTG. There have been good reports about the full metal E1 M14 EBR. But honestly, this is another "which gun is the best" opinion threads. Take the time to read reviews on the abundance of websites and threads here on AO. Go to AA, pick up and feel the rifle (if they have it) and make an educated decision on what you believe to be the best. You may recieve what are viewed as respectable informative opinions here on AO, but there just that, opinions. They may not be what you are looking for. Its your personal taste, not ours.

V and Torque makes an excellent point that I did not even think about.

Honestly unless you are fairly big and strong, I would shy away from the M14 EBR. Great gun, but it is heavy! If you are slight of build you are definitely going to have issues lugging that thing around, which could turn into a no fun experience.

Too true! That guns heavier than my SAW! I would also go with echo1 now that they are a more respected company, just try to aim for the newer full metal models. As for getting a UTG gun, I've had an AK variant before and it worked fine for 2 months before breaking to bits. Don't know how or if UTG has improved there guns latley because I only buy CA stuff now.
