That poor wretch Scotlvr, while driving home Merc and I realized our brother in arms would indubitably take some flak for a weeee-mess up in his driving instructions (Exit 24 and not 25). Even though he’s indeed one of “us” and a brother in arm striving to survive the fake hell wrought on us by these fake war games, we’d like to present...

The Top Ten Reasons Why Scotlvr Labeled The Highway Exit Number Wrong.

10: Intended this to be a cheap knock-off of Operation Slash and Burn
9: The Doctor said it would clear up in a few weeks
8: Distracted by Internet Porn
7: Prepared the directions while watching “Will & Grace”
6: Numbers are the devil
5: Hand slipped while “punching the clown”
4: Bad Hooch
3: HOOKERS!!!
2: Learned to read a map in the same place he learned to count.... in a Canadian bar.

And the number one reason why he messed up the Exit number...
1: Grunt Math

You’re the best bud. Get that 6MM Militia nametape sown on soon.

Yea, every one gave him a hard time about it. "Hey, could you pick up some corn? It's right off exit 25!" But all is forgiven being that everyone got there one way or another.

That was A LOT of fun. Luckily for me and my friends, I chose to take Mapquest’s directions. Which were still off, but we found our way there, (thanks to the nice ladies at Rite-Aid). This was the first game I was able to use My brand spanking new G36K. And I definitely have a new favorite toy. All I need to do now is get it so it can shoot through foliage. ;)

It was really fun to server under Pliskin. I won’t soon forget such memorable moments as “Get them the hell off my hill!” Just before we opened fire in the defend mission.

Hopefully everybody had as much fun as me. It was good to see some familiar faces again, and meet new ones. Oh and if they guy who was interested in my M16 sees this, just Email me and I’ll contact you when I know what I’m going to do with it.

Hope to see you all again next time. Oh, and I’m also looking forward to seeing those pictures that were taken.:D

Coming from 70 east, and turing onto Speedway Drive, I had the immediate and highly doubted thinking that we were to be skirmishing in a buissness district.

Though I think us being the only Indiana players other than 2 6MM personel, that problem went sorta unnoticed. Oh well.

Damn good time, it was!

Finally posting on the new boards.

For those that don't know, I'm the guy in hunter woodland camo with the super9.

Great game today, all the teams did well and presented some rather refreshing challenges. Congrats to all on a great event!

GREAT GAME! the field was very sweet and the scenarios were awesome. Thanks for having us all and for cooking lunch ;) . those hills were a bear to climb up and down tho lol but it was worth every time. Strikers good job defending you had all the flanks covered and there wasnt to much for us to use to get up there.

Great day and great weather acually. Thanks to the organizers of the late SDS, even if we did start a little late, but the food more than made up for that. Great to see everyone out there who didn't care about teh weather, unlike half our team. Had a lot of fun and got a nice workout.

Great fun guys, although some of the missions didn't plan out as I'd hoped (poor leadership on my part...) I had a blast and I hope everybody does the same. The field is awesome and I will go back there anytime.

Here are the pictures of the raffle and group photos. I also took a few pics of the field after the game. Not a single pic for the combat though... sorry (cause I was playing! He he.)

First off I wish to thank the organizers for this event, and great field. It took a couple games to get used to, but once I got some background knowledge on the paths I was good to go. I had fun in those last three games, and although very tiring it was really good action. Amazing job Strikers on helping take an equal share in winning the hill game, great job guys. Thanks to all the other teams who showed up, it was great playing with you like always. I can’t wait to play that field again, and see you all soon.

i really enjoyed the games and all but i wanna know why we had to charge up the exact same hill 5 times? we had so much more area to play in and by the end of the day the only route of sane attack was known to everybody and it was no fun anymore... despite this the event was still awsome and im ready for the next one

My complements to spewy, scotlvr, and brako, excellent event! The pace of the day was perfect, you kept us on the field with competitive missions to test teamwork, skill, and stamina. I have two knees that look like cantaloupes to prove it! Thank God for ice.

It was fun to have several teams out in force to add to the competitive side of the day. 6MM, Easy Company, Strikers, and yes don't forget iNTELLIGENCE Plot [iP]. The orphans were equitable mixed in and it is always great to meet and compete with new players.

Gentlemen, your next event is a must attend RAIN (skirt) or SHINE!

Hope you had fun Blade, I know I didn't after playing then going to work for 9 hours. Anyway thanks to everyone who showed, glad you had a blast. And I hope no one tried to huff the bug repellant, that would just be wrong. And I can't wait to pound the dirt with everyone agin. And Merc, but I don't want to were woodland!!!!!!! What the hell are you talking about??

All I remember animal wise was hearing "Holy ****, Cows!!"..Looking out the tent at 2:45am and in a flash of lightning seeing cows waking by the tents, over the area we used as a parking lot the next day...Nothing about ponies...

I am apologize for not making the game. It seems the weather did hold out!:(

I was ready to head down there but according to the weather channel it had T-STORMS forecasted for the entire day of play!!! It stayed that way all week long. :( (Damn weather channel!!!!)

I do want to come and support the 6MM games as you know I am all for you guys....it is unfortunate this one didnt work out as I was ready to relieve some stress (trust me...I am under ALOT!!!)

Please know that the OVMB is excited that the SDS has made a new home where you are growing and making more and more games. We look forward to becoming formidable opponents and HOPEFULLY working out a future schedule to play MILSIM games like baseball...one here on there one here one there.

I look forward to hooking up soon with you guys and again, I aplogize for not making the game. Please drop me and e-mail on your next endeavor so I can make the needed arragements and circulate it to the rest of the team (very few of us actaully have PC's  and cant get on here to read up on upcoming games). Thanks for understanding and I hope to hear from you guys soon.

I think Brako, Scotlvr, and Bair are joining 6mm. As for myself and my proven "sporadic" involvement in Airsoft, I would be doing a disservice to 6mm as a whole. Brako, Scotlvr, and Bair will be organizing the events at the location of Operation Trial Run. I took the role of getting with the owner and arranging for this event to occur. Now that the first mission was proven to the owner as a success, I will no longer be a part of the organization. I will be playing in a mercenary status. Playing is the key word. I love the sport itself. Organizing would probably ruin it for me. I am just happy that I will have a place nearby to play.

Thanks Again: spewy:)

Thanks all for your hard work in putting this event together.

I had a great time playing. I'm not too sore...as long as I don't sit down:D Strikers & IP you did an excellent job in holding that flag.

The owner of the property went out to dinner with the EZ team. He seemed excited about having us all there and wants to play at the next event held there! Seems he has a passion for guns.

Looking forward to seeing you all soon!

Hey, I finally am able to reply.

It has been a while since I last played, and by God, this one was awesome. This is now by far, my favorite course. The difference is terrains allowed for all sorts of dimensions of combat to unfold. It truly tested me.

For those who dont know me, I was one half of the sniper team, along with Allein (yeah, ok, so it sounds like I assume we were good enough that you know of us). Lets just say that you mysteriously died during the first game from people on the side of a hill, that was us.

I have found a new role to play, and a new course. Airsoft has been reborn into me, BOOYAH! So I look forward to playing in the future.

Thank you to everyone who was there, it was awesome to play again.

I would like to thank you personally for a exellent sniper/ spotter team. It is refreshing to see people work together. I only wish I could have made the rest of the day instead of having to go work. Anyway I hope see you both at the next event I can attend, God and work willing.
