I have searched around and I can't seem to be able to find a TM stock version 2 mechbox for sale any where. Wargamers have it in the inventory, but it has been out of stock for quite some time. is there anywhere else I can purchase this item?

Why would you possibly want a stock TM v2 mechbox? It's the only mechbox that is not reinforced. Get a Classic Army version 2 or Systema Progear. The CA one is relatively cheap and good in quality.
The TM v2 can crack on a 400fps spring and in cold weather. Besides, the CA one costs $45, how much cheaper could a TM one possibly be?

Well that is actually what i did first. After breaking my old TM mechbox, I took my old TM parts which were running on a airsoftshop custom 400fps spring and transfered them into a CA reinforced mechbox running on a PD1 150% spring. Now my CA box is showing sighns of damage in the front of the cylinder window. Also, after transfering the parts, the gun did not run the way it used to. I was considering replacing the piston and piston head, spring guied and shims, and putting them back into the CA box and hopping all goes well. Yet Since I live far from any Airsoft store, I am thinking that I should play it safe and just purchase a new Ver2 mechbox.
By the way, I am thinking of purchasing the whole ver2 mechbox with everthing inside all put together, not just a new shell.
