How many mags do you own?

Because i was wondering how many do people run through and do i think I need more. right now i have 1 standered and 1 hi-mag and 3 130/160 (dont remeber) G&P

For my Aug, i own one highcap and 1 standard mag. I have no problems with running out of bbs either. Sall good. Peace.

I have (1) 68 bb standard capacity magazine and (2) 300 bb high capacity magazines for my P90. The games that I have played in last about a hour or two. The highest numberof bb's I have gone thru is about 450. I know the guys I play with go thru more, but that is the highest I have used.

Well....

I carry the motherload of BB's with my RPK.
x2 600 roung high-caps (Going to get either a C-mag or 2 more High-caps by the end of the summer)
x1 250 round 'Shorty' High-cap
x5 Standard 80 round magazines.

That comes to a grand total of about 1850 rounds.

In a game... I usually use between 600 and 1000 rounds. Thats with my RPK.


For my AKS-47 (Scout/CQB/Assult Rifle)
x5 Standard round mags (400 rounds)
x1 High cap (600 ronds)

About 1000 rounds.

I'll probably use 300 or so.

For my M40a1
For now, ill carry 25 rounds till i get my second mag in.

But, i keep a pistol on me, my Mk.23 holds 28 rounds in its magazine, so add that to the total i carry with any gun. Im ordering a spare magazine for it as well.

i have 5 hi caps and 5 stds and 1 vn hi cap....thats umm, 300x5+69x5+190...which is ummm 1500+345+90=1935 rounds. ive never used much more then 3 hi caps in a game....i just have all the mags in case i play a all day scenario or something, and to fill up all my mag pouches (cant leave those empty ya kno)

6 carried in 3 pouches of the BlackHawk Omega-1 (2 per pouch)
and the other 2 Mags are in the weapon from the start (clamped together with TM Mag Clamp)

well...for my P90 I OWN 2 hicaps and 2 stnd...but in a game day I rarely switch out a single hicap. I RARELY use 300rnds in a single day of games.

my previous M16A2 (sold to team member Gui-Miao).... CMag....the ROF is 30rnds/sec...yes it's a support weapon....never used the entire mag though.

pistols...I regularly carry my Maruzen OD NATO silenced P99...never fired more than 2 shots during a day with it in game.
other pistols....fired about 1.5mags of my KWC DE once in a game.
any other pistol I have carried I've never needed to take it out.

total for a day of gaming, rifle/smg & pistol....normally less than 300

it all depends on your tactics...some need more...some don't.

I've beeen using an M60 lately, and obviously, there is no magazine, but I've gone through 1200 rounds in one particular game (which, I will entirely blame on Foxtrot..) for my M4, I have 5 standards, and 2 GP 130 round high-caps, but have only averaged about 100-300 rounds when using the M4.

Regardless of how many mags you own, Mr. Murphy will certainly insist that you need to change mags at the absolute worst possible time.

Well lets see depends on if anyone is using my other AEG (SR-16 and M733). If so then they get two of the high caps. If not then I carry 5 (68) standard mags, 2 (130) mid cap mags, and 3 (300) high cap mags, two of which are clamped together for those "oh #*@&" moments. It is an overkill, but I've been in situations where I had to play for like two and a half hours without rearming. All I carried at the time where the 5 (68) standards and the 2 (130) mid caps. Lets just say I went through it all in that time span. Even emptied both pistol mags from my G-19. Won't happen again.

For my Western arms M1911A1 military I have 3 magazines,
I normally blow through them all in pistol only rounds since I usually only load 7 rounds per mag like the real .45s :) Planning on getting another two.

I have yet to use my Glock 19 in a skirmish, but I have two magazines for that, and I plan on getting atleast one more in the near future.

One .45 mag is in my gun, the two spare are kept in a dual pistol mag pouch on my belt.

When I use my glock, I will probably put one spare mag in one part of the dual pouch and my suppressor for it in the other.

I have a 240 hicap and a 200 hicap for my MP5. I also carry a bottle of 500 or so bbs. I almost always die before depleting both mags, and then I'll refill them from the bottle while waiting for respawn :p

Personally I'd rather use several standards than the two hicaps, but there aren't any restrictions on hicap use at the fields I play, so you kinda have to use them or else you'll get blown away by everyone else.. heh.

Do you have a main weapon? From what your post depicts, you must not play with a very large team to get along with a pistol. By the way, watch out for those WA mags of yours. They'll fall out pretty easily.

I usually borrow a primary from my friend, which I currently have a choice between an MP5K w/ PDW stock (2 200rd high caps and 1 240 round high cap, hes trading the high caps for 6 standards soon though so) or a TM SPAS 12 w/10 shells. And then he uses his M4 w/ SP M203,

Normally are games have 20+ players...

Mags falling out? Not sure what you mean? I've never had the magazine fall out of my .45 unless I press the magazine release.... and the mags are snug in the pouch....
